Residential and Commercial Duct Cleaning:
Clean air ducts and filters and an efficient heating and cooling unit are crucial to maintaining clean and pure air, in your home or commercial building. When the heating or cooling unit runs, contaminants are pulled into the air ducts, creating a potential breeding ground for mold, bacteria, fungi, and other less than desirable allergens. To minimize the potential for the introduction of unwanted airborne contaminants, into your home or business, and to ensure your heating and cooling unit is maintained and operating properly, proactive and preventative maintenance is highly recommended.
How do I know if my duct work is dirty and should be cleaned?
In most cases, logic should prevail, when deciding whether or not your duct work should be cleaned. As is the case with all other household items, dust and potential airborne contaminants collect and build over time. Having your duct work inspected and, if required, cleaned, is an excellent way to assure cleaner air for your home and/or office environment. Additionally, it will minimize the potential for build-up of and exposure to mold, harmful bacteria, dust, and other less than desirable allergens. In addition to having your duct work inspected and cleaned, annual servicing and cleaning, of all other critical components of your heating and cooling unit, is essential to optimal operating efficiency and long-term preservation of your unit.
Residential and Commercial Duct Cleaning:
With the use of a commercial grade, 5000cfm, HEPA vacuum(s), we connect into your duct work, creating a negative draw. We vacuum and clean all your vents, registers, grilles, etc. From there, we use our air rods, connected to a 175PSI gas compressor, to air wash all the dirt, dust, and debris to the HEPA vacuum. The HEPA vacuum is self-contained, which leaves your location having minimal to no mess, during the cleaning. With our cleaning, you will have your full system cleaned, both Supply and Return. Sanitization is included, as well. For more information, please give us a call anytime, including nights and weekends!
Residential and Commercial Dryer Vent Cleaning:
First, we turn on your dryer, testing the current airflow from the exterior vent. From there, we run our air rods through the exterior vent, all the way to the back of the dryer. Our air rods are equipped with a reverse head, to allow the pressure from the 175PSI gas compressor to pull the lint and debris to the exterior, leaving minimal to no mess on the interior. We run the air rods through the dryer vent ductwork, until you have optimal air flow. Whether your dryer vents through the ground level, 2nd/3rd floor, or through the roof, we are your cleaning solution. In addition to dryer vent cleaning, we also install new dryer vent ductwork and repair existing. For more information, please give us a call anytime, including nights and weekends!
